The OpenSimulator Community Conference is an annual conference that focuses on the developer and user community creating the OpenSimulator software. Organized as a joint production by Core Developers of OpenSimuator and AvaCon, the virtual conference features presentations, workshops, keynote sessions, and social events across diverse sectors of the OpenSimulator user base.

Beth A. Reischl is a partner at InWorldz, LLC, a computer game company specializing in 3D virtual world industry simulation, initially based off the open SIM software, free self-created avatars with no membership charge, and help and support. A lofty background in sales, customer services, and technology allows Ms. Reischl to expertly manage customer support for virtual world residents and public relations, oversee day-to-day grid administration, and handle marketing initiatives for the company. She is also in charge of troubleshooting and reporting issues to developers, managing financial reports, statements, payroll, banking and server updates, and developing technical software platform to virtual world.

In addition to these responsibilities, Ms. Reischl makes the most of her knowledge and expertise honed over the course of a successful career by hiring talented individuals, budgeting finances, and offering clients the ability to create, express and be something completely different through the use of computer software, with their imagination being their only limit.
